Should Polygynous Wives Be Actively Seeking Another Wife for Their Husband in Their Daily Lives?

I'm pretty sure no man here would want a truly lesbian wife, that would be exceedingly boring. You were discussing bisexual wives...
You can try to "convert" lesbian.

I see you aren't familiar enough with situation. There are lesbians and gold-star lesbians who actually never had man. So obviously many lesbians aren't virgins.

I agree with others that it is fine for a wife to recommend another lady for the family but that it holds more weight if she is a wife that is fully in agreement regarding polygyny. The times where I have seen it not be a good idea is when the first wife has a personal agenda to control the potential second wife for her own selfish reasons. Know your wife, and if she is in good standing with you then she can certainly bring a helpful point of view for a potential offered.

Yes, my wives helped in the looking. With 3W, my 2W actually initiated the conversations. I started talking after they had built a friendship. Obviously, it had to be someone I was comfortable with, but they were very active in the process.

And yes, Bi-sexual.... Not pure lesbians. Thanks FollowingHim for that clarification!
I would prefer the woman who is "struggling with her orientation", over the woman who has full blown given in to the temptation.

While compelling the wife to help in the search, may not be such a good idea, shepherding her to understand that having extra help, would mean that the burdens of housework will not all fall on her shoulders, is not a bad course of action.

I have a warning:
In Idaho, for example, having more than one wife is a crime. And simply calling one's concubines to be wives, puts everything at risk.
Since the 1850's there has been a mostly nationwide persecution of having more than One wife, even though historically the word "Wife" was Low German/Anglo-Saxon for WifMan, meaning with a Man.

For, MemeFan: A friend of mine was with some "lesbians" and He told them He was a Lesbian too. They replied No! you can't say that!
He replied, "Yes, I am, we both want the same thing."

Basic answer is maybe

In my own case, having had two at one point and a third woman who I did not wish to become involved with again or to marry...I speak from a bit of experience.

Generally speaking, I think it is a conversation for the whole family. That having a circumstance just presented near fate acomple is not ideal.

I used to correspond with a third wife who was super recruiter in hwr family as she had recruited a new wife and was actively talking to other women online.
Love the enthusiasm and I like to think she considered this a way to show love to her husband and for her family but I simply can not see it as practical past a certain point.

Just being presented with pretty young women willing to marry you and give you children is more than a little bit a core male fantasy admittedly but how the hell could your average or even a above average guy realistically be a good husband to an ever multiplying number of wives? I don't even wish to consider the poor job one would do as a father.

Presuming that this silly situation the young woman had in her mind were to play out ie she just kept recruiting new wives with no end goals in her mind...
You would absolutely have to have two out of three working as it would be untenable extremely fast.
Each woman should have to my way of thinking a bedroom of their own at minimum. So, how many ten or twelve or more bedroom homes are kicking about out there to cover this ever increasing number of wives? What about at minimum four super sized bedrooms for children? Say two per sex dorms for older/younger age.
Now the massive commercial sized kitchen and I suppose a tonne of food produced every day and served in whopping great hotel pans at a buffet? Think of the small train of flatbed carts at one of the membership warehouse clubs for grocery shopping. Oh and the fleet of 15 passenger vans full of kids car seats.

I swear I am getting tired just imagining the idea. I am not a guy who panics. Been in more than one life of death situation and not blinked. This idea terrifies me. There is simply not enough of any man to stretch to cover a family like this.

So, my thoughts are that yes a wife should be recruiting qua recruiting in that she has her eyes open and should be doing much of the conversation when a perspective women is met. Their relationship is after all possibly even more important than that with the husband for harmony in the home. If there is a third recruited then if all is perfect, I can see it. My resources can stretch that far and at least one of the newer wives should work.
Recruiting a fourth...probably not. I dug in my heels a bit at the idea of a third in the circumstances that I was in at the time back when. I suppose there could be some magic culmination of people and the right moment in time but very skeptical.

Past that point the idea breaks down in my mind. Just is not practical or practicable. To be frank I would go so far as to say immoral.

If a man can not be a minimally decent husband and reach to at least decently attentive father then he damn well should not take that step. I don't give a damn if the girl is pretty and your hormones tell you waahay! Sod that with bells on so it sounds jolly. Guys getting additional sexual access and an ego stroke absolutely and in no way should be the motivation for taking additional wives.

So a bit of recruiting sure, why not...going full recruiting poster behind a recruiters desk kind of a vibe...hardest possible no.

I need to get back in contact with that woman and see if the whole situation has collased or not.
Four wives and apparently a 5th on deck so to speak with several children and three pregnant woman in a five bed suburban house? One income? Zero chance that is working still. Especially with the continued recruiting.

Like I said, tired just imagining.

Easy, by doing only what can man do. The greater number of wives, the more staying true to this principle is important.

If you are responsible for heavy machinery in household (starting with car), you don't have enough wives. 😉

By management literature, one manager can do 7+-2 employee. I would expect similar here. Easier if family is also business. For more, eplicit hierarchy between wives becomes necessary.

Also, what is hwr?

And what one can do is with me capped at four at absolute max. More realistically three.
Some will think more but I will happily tell them that they are likely doing a crap job as a husband and dad.

In re women driving...it is necessary and necessary that the be quite confident in my absence.
Or more likely when there is a bunch of people in the family and you have not purchased a church van yet.
I always get creeped when I see a guy being driven by his woman. Especially the ones that sit in the back seat. What brand of narcissistic retard crap is that?
I am not one to particularly care about management literature to be frank. I am distinctly anti bureaucracyby nature and that is what I have seen in thatvsort of training.

The word in question was a typographical error that stood as gibberish this time as opposed to be caught by my phone and converted to hippopotamus or whirlygig or sausage. You know, something far more useful to the conversation.
Hippopotamus by way of example. I currently have an argument going with a south african in favor of making hippo bacon.
Imagine the size of the sandwich

It was more thinking about maintenance activities regarding heavy machinery.

Management isn't abour bureaucracy. You still need organization and motivation.
