Multi wives

yet multiple wives is not apart of our Bahamian culture so maybe are location can be a issue, but can't find any ways to search outside of the Bahamas, dating sites is a waste of time.
Shalom and welcome. Glad to have you here.

If memory serves me correctly, your islands were/are a British outpost. Plurality hasn’t been a part of English culture. However, many Bahamians are descended from African ancestry. Plurality is much more common and is growing on the African continent, even amongst the Christians.

Welcome! Glad you found us. Hope you find some encouragement here.

That seems to be the best way because their minds would first would have to be separated from believing in the western world order to believing and understanding the true order and principles of God, because the western world teaches that man and man, and woman and woman can get marry but a man with multiple wives is against the law and is a sin.
Yes, getting the old erroneous understanding out and getting biblical truth in takes a while. It took me a long time to come to a correct understanding of marriage in the Bible. I'm very grateful for this Biblical Families ministry and the wealth of knowledge and wisdom available here.

... the western world teaches that man and man, and woman and woman can get marry but a man with multiple wives is against the law and is a sin.
Historically speaking the Western World absolutely does not teach that homosexual marriage is acceptable. It's only the abandonment of traditional Western values over the last few decades that has permitted this wicked abomination.

You are correct in saying that the Western world has long unjustly taught against polygamy (traditional patriarchal polygyny) which the Bible and the Christian faith clearly allow.

There are many churches led by gay pastor and ministers and in some places same sex marriages is legal, teaching is not only done in words, actions speaks louder.

Not Scripture, BUT: "The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step." (Jefferson said something very similar about the "chains of the constitution...)

Once the idea is accepted that man can over-rule YHVH, the rest of the Journey to Hell on Earth simply follows. And He even warned us.

And some might suggest that 'churches' led by 'gay pastors' are worthy of being "come out of." But I'm intolerant, doncha know...

We was expecting to meet someone thst already understand Biblical marriage life but no one as yet, we has also been trying to teach it buy so far no one has received it, we live in the Bahamas and the Bahamas is considered a Cristian nation but yet multiple wives is not apart of our Bahamian culture so maybe are location can be a issue, but can't find any ways to search outside of the Bahamas, dating sites is a waste of time.
Yeah well ideally you would want to live in Utah or Arizona or Saudi Arabia or Sub-Saharan Africa. We all deal with this obstacle. I will have to see if @frederick has posted a testimonial. Maybe he might have some insight for some of us who haven't been able to figure it out.

It all depends on what you mean by gay pastors.

Gay, as in “living with and boinking a dude/dudes” or

gay as in

“I’ve struggled with male attraction for any of various reasons most of my life, but praise God, I love Jesus more, so I don’t live that life”

I’m certain that plenty of godly men have struggled with thoughts, ideas, or temptations all of their lives, but access enough of God’s mercy and Grace to persevere without falling. I’m certainly glad only God can read my mind.

A man who feels tempted but doesn’t act on the temptation is not defined by the temptation.
A 30 year old man who is attracted to a 15 year old girl is not a pedophile.
A man who feels an urge to take a woman suddenly is not a rapist.
A man isn’t gay if he doesn’t act on it.
Temptation is merely temptation and isn’t a sin.

Amen. And we know our Saviour was tempted in all points as we are yet He never sinned.

You and I agree. Not everyone does.

I agree with the point you are making Steve...

I just wanted to address the usage of a word....

Key Terms & Concepts:

  • Ephebophilia: A sexual preference for post-pubescent adolescents (typically 15-19 years old).
  • Hebephilia: Attraction to younger, pubescent individuals.
  • Pedophilia: Attraction to pre-pubescent children; often misused for any attraction to minors.
  • Chronophilia: A broader term for sexual attraction to specific age groups.
Important Distinctions:

  • Underage vs. Adult: The key factor is the individual's age relative to the legal age of consent, which varies by location, distinguishing ephebophilia from attraction to fully mature young adults.
  • Preference vs. Disorder: Ephebophilia describes a preference, not necessarily a disorder, unlike pedophilia, which is classified as a psychiatric disorder (paraphilic disorder).

I address this because I have seen the term pedophile applied to any age gap relationship. I have seen it used when the younger person was over the age of consent even.

Anyway.... Carry on! :)

Me, too.

And I've seen FAR too many called things like "racist", or "nazi" - or just about any intended perjorative you can think of (even 'TK', or 'judaizer') just because they have some degree of understanding of the Constitution, history, or Scripture.

Steve said it better, but still:
It all depends on what you mean by gay pastors.
And I have YET to see anyone who knows better "self-describe" as such.
