In truth, that was a half baked thought of mine that I put out there very quickly and did not even follow up on because, it was half baked.
The idea I was tracking though was that he was not qualified for the roles that he was defining based on the qualifications he was making..
I do not see him as having authority over all people anyway. I see him as setting standards for the assemblies that he was in charge of. He did not have the authority to make commandments.
