In this case why don’t we just do what Nick Davis of Seeking Sister Wives does and have the women get legally married

Seriously, that's one reason not to get a marriage license with wife 1. If you're not legally married, each has the ability still to "marry" someone as part of sponsoring immigration or anything else where there is benefit in that piece of paper. If you marry wife 1 you can't bring in an immigrant through marriage, while if you don't you can bring in two...

This whole situation is great proof why concept of regulation is moronic in end. Only legal system making sense are based on natural law and case-by-case situation.

Otherwise, somebody finds "loopholes" like this and whole situation becomes totally ridiculous and moronic. And whole thing only exist because state had to give privileges.

The underlying intent to deceive or exploit. Can you point to ANY law that says this?

The only law I have found has to do with marrying someone from another country in order to get them into our country using the marriage as a shortcut to the process.

If the government does not define the other intents as a crime, then it is not a crime.... No?

State gave priviliges and somebody has found way to abuse them and ridicule them?

Isn't this fate of any state program? Finish doing opposite of proclamation.
